Political Campaigns and Vote Pins

Pins have been used to make visible LGBTQ votes, for LGBTQ to show support of political campaigns and for LGBTQ candidates. A selection of get out the vote pins and candidate campaign pins are on display and go back to the 1984 Mondale/Ferrado presidential campaign and Gary Nepon’s 1978 run for Illinois State Senate. The exhibit is in the Walgreens waiting area and runs through January 2020.
