Gerber/Hart is excited to host authors James Klise and Kim Oclon on Saturday, May 6th at 1:00 PM. Both I’ll Take Everything You Have and The War on All Fronts are LGBTQ+ YA coming of age stories set in the Midwest. Join us to hear from these authors and make sure to get your copies from Women & Children First Books at the event!

Gerber/Hart has resumed its regular hours of operation for walk-in patrons and for viewing exhibits.

Gerber/Hart is located in the Howard Brown Health Clark building, which is a healthcare facility. Face masks are required to enter the building, in Howard Brown spaces, and common spaces like the hallways and bathrooms. Face masks are optional in Gerber/Hart spaces.

You do not need to make an appointment to browse the library collection or view exhibits. It is helpful for researchers (those making use of archives collections, periodicals, or items from Special Collections and making use of a researcher's table) to let us know ahead of time that they will be coming to do research (please email info@gerberhart.org)
